Do you offer installation services?

NEST specializes in providing materials.
Should you require installation, we invite you
to explore our list of authorized NEST partners via the link below.
You may then reach out to the partner
nearest your project site for personalized consultation
on both material procurement and professional installation.

For Mineral Flooring, both material purchase and installation are
exclusively handled through our authorized partners.
For all other materials, you may choose to purchase directly from NEST
or coordinate through a partner
for a seamless experience including installation.

How should I determine the quantity to purchase?

We kindly ask that you measure your installation space accurately—
both vertically and horizontally—and calculate the required quantity
using the product dimensions provided on the product detail page.

You are also welcome to contact via the Contact section or
through KakaoTalk for guidance on purchasing quantities.
Please note, however, that any quantity we provide is for reference only.
As installation sites vary greatly, it is always most accurate
for customers to calculate and confirm the required quantity themselves,
taking into account potential material waste, before placing an order.

Is cutting available?

Our products are sold in full-sheet dimensions,
and we kindly ask for your understanding that
cutting services are not available.

What are the shipping costs?

<For South Korea shipping>

Shipping fees vary depending on the quantity of
products and the delivery location,
so it is difficult to provide an exact estimate in advance.

"For Courier Deliveries"
Once the shipment has been dispatched,
a tracking number along with the shipping fee
will be sent to you via SMS in the late afternoon.

"For Freight Truck Deliveries"
After a vehicle has been assigned,
the shipping fee and vehicle details
will be provided to you via SMS.

How long does delivery take?



"For Courier Deliveries"
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched on the same day.
In most cases, the shipment arrives the following day;
however, depending on the courier’s local branch operations,
delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.

"For Freight Truck Deliveries"
Shipments can be scheduled for same-day delivery or
delivery by the following morning, allowing you to receive
your order at your preferred time.

Where are the products shipped from, and can I pick them up directly?

Please note that dispatch locations
may change depending on circumstances.
Prior to placing an order or visiting a warehouse,
telephone consultation is required.

On-site pickup is available
after payment has been completed.
Before visiting, please ensure that
your vehicle is suitable for loading
the total weight and volume of the ordered materials.

If the materials collide with other cargo
during transport, damage may occur.
Therefore, please arrive with
an empty vehicle (no other cargo loaded)
.

Is it possible to pick up materials at the Paju or Busan showrooms?

To help reduce transportation costs for
customers in the Seoul metropolitan area and
the Busan / Gyeongnam region,
a shuttle service is operated.

Materials are transported by shuttle from
NEST’s main logistics centers in
Seosan and Goesan to
the Paju and Busan showrooms,
after which on-site pickup is available.

The shuttle service operates once per week,
with the schedule not fixes and subject to demand.
Please contact us by phone in advance to
confirm availability.
